Recently during Covid I decided I needed something more. Over the last 2 years I have completed courses and recieved certification as a Health / Life coach as well as Functional nutrition counselor.   Many have described me as a quick learner, very compassionate, determined and a hard working person.  No matter what I am doing, I am diligent in maintaining a positive outlook on life. My compassion grew from my daily encounters with the people I provided care for as well as with my peers. I learned how to work well in groups as well as independently, often performing under pressure in a safe and efficient manner.
