Courtney began her career as an emergency room nurse where she developed her assessment skills and attention for detail. She then obtained her master's degree and transitioned into aesthetic medicine. Courtney prides herself on continuing education. She believes in providing her patients with cutting edge treatments backed by evidence based practice. Throughout her career, Courtney has attended countless trainings and conferences to enhance her skill set. She believes in making each patient feel like the best version of themselves with natural, customized results. In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, drinking coffee, and going to restaurants. As a mother of two, Courtney understands the importance of self-care and its role in overall health and wellness.

Emily Creighton is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is the owner and an advanced injector at Reflection Aesthetics Co. Emily brings to the practice over ten years of nursing expertise. She began her nursing career as a travel nurse working in emergency departments and trauma centers across the United States. While obtaining her advanced practice nursing degree, she developed a passion for aesthetic medicine. Emily has a vast array of experience in facial plastic surgery, medical dermatology, and cosmetic procedures. Her goal when providing facial rejuvenation is to restore facial balance and harmony while enhancing overall skin health. She provides care in a way that promotes health and well-being inside and out. Emily is a wife and mother that enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. When she is not injecting you will find her going on long walks with her dog or out to dinner with her girlfriends. She enjoys traveling and spending her vacations at the beach (always with her sunscreen on hand).

Kayli Krasnow, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Kayli earned her BS in Biology from Centenary College of Louisiana, her BS in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. With six years of experience as an aesthetic injector and completion of Allergan’s year-long injector training program, she brings advanced skill and precision to her work. Her background spans transplant immunology research, elementary science education, cardio-pulmonary ICU nursing, and family practice, allowing her to meld creativity, education, and medicine in her role as an aesthetic provider. Kayli is an Ironman triathlete and ultramarathoner and enjoys running with her husband, Chad, and her dog, Sunny.

Shannon Cordell

Shannon Cordell, our dedicated aesthetic provider specializes in neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport, Hylaronic Acid Fillers, Biostimulators, PRP, and microneedling. With a nursing degree from Aquinas College and a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner from Middle Tennessee State University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice. Shannon spent 8 years as a Research Nurse, conducting clinical trials and analyzing the effectiveness of various treatments. She brings this evidence-based approach to Thomas Rose Aesthetics. Her approach is centered on personalized care and natural-looking results. Whether enhancing your beauty with Botox and fillers or rejuvenating your skin with innovative treatments like PRP, her goal is to help you feel confident and radiant.
