Bella Vida Aesthetics

Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner

Iani founded Bella Vida Aesthetics & Wellness with the vision of providing clients with a truly luxurious, concierge experience that they won’t find elsewhere! How we look and feel affects virtually every aspect of our lives. I created Bella Vida Aesthetics & Wellness because I want to help people live their best lives by feeling good both inside and out. That’s what I strive for every day.” – Iani Silveira Iani Silveira isn’t only our fearless founder, she’s also a master injector, family nurse practitioner, expert trainer, and a medical aesthetics innovator. Iani’s passion for aesthetics began with injecting, and her love for helping clients rediscover their confidence drives her care, whether she’s providing a client with personalized body sculpting or speeding up the healing process with stem cells. Her care is always based on trust, which allows her to offer clients world-class, one-on-one concierge care, as well as build strong relationships that set her apart. The daughter of Brazilian immigrants, Iani initially wanted to be a pediatrician. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Spring Hill College and started her first job at the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital’s neurology floor upon returning to Miami. After a stint at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, she realized she wanted to change course to have more control over patient care. This led Iani to complete her master’s degree in science and nursing from Kaplan University, afterward working in pediatrics. She then joined a family practice, and continued on with her education in aesthetics. In 2015, she opened Bella Vida Aesthetics & Wellness, which has since expanded over the years with Iani’s dedication and skill. Iani gained her first concierge clients after shadowing an aesthetics doctor. While seeing these clients, Iani worked as the travel trainer for U.S. Stem Cell, Inc., a global leader in stem cell research and regenerative medicine, where she successfully assisted multiple practices in opening new offices. That’s when Iani started to further connect aesthetics and wellness. Working with big-name clients in New York led to her to start a thriving aesthetics business as she treated models at New York Fashion Week and beyond. Since then, Iani followed her passion for body sculpting and created a way to instantly enhance clients’ figures, turning Bella Vida Aesthetics & Wellness into Miami’s hub for concierge medical aesthetics and regenerative wellness services since 2015. With years of experience, it’s no wonder Iani has earned numerous certifications, positions, memberships, awards, and other achievements since beginning her career. From consulting for Merz Aesthetics to publishing and patenting her technique on the Bella Vida Instant BBL™, Iani’s accomplishments show her dedication and commitment to patients’ wellbeing. Arising from her love of body sculpting, Iani carefully created and patented a procedure to lift, shape, and enhance the buttocks entirely without surgery. The Bella Vida Instant BBL™ uses an innovative technique to create astounding results that have led to Iani’s moniker of Booty Queen™, a name that countless clients would agree fits her perfectly. Now, clients looking for the perfect backside can easily obtain their dream figure, without the downsides and risks of surgery, thanks to Iani’s forward thinking and tailored care. Born and raised in Miami, Iani loves everything about the city, and has made it her home after spending time working and learning in other cities and states. A proud Brazilian-American, Iani is fluent in three languages: English, Portuguese, and Spanish. An alumnus of Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, Iani loves getting to know each of her clients so that she can offer the best service and care possible. When she’s not elevating the aesthetics industry by teaching or treating clients, you can find her relaxing at the beach, boating, working out, and enjoying one of the best rejuvenating treatments for wellness: sleep! Iani appreciates the change the aesthetics industry can have on patients’ lives, and it’s led her to want to empower other practitioners! The Bella Vida Training Institute is the only certified place for aesthetics professionals to learn how to perform the patented Bella Vida Instant BBL™ at their own practices! Recent Speaking Events X-Medica Speaker: Speaks for multiple X-Medica seminars and live events along side other industry experts to communicate cutting edge technology and advancements in injectables and aesthetic medicine.
