About
When it comes to tattooing, scar revision, and permanent makeup, there’s a difference between a technician—and a true artist. Texas Dela Rosa is the latter in every sense of the word. Texas is a world-renowned tattoo artist, international speaker, and a global leader in ethical tattooing practices. With decades of experience, he’s helped set the standard for artistry, education, and safety in the industry. Now, he brings his signature touch to Devenir Aesthetics, delivering treatments that are transformative, personalized, and rooted in trust. He uses only top-of-the-line inks and global technology, carefully choosing pigments based on your skin tone, undertone, and healing tendencies. No two faces—or skins—are the same, and Texas treats each service as fully bespoke. Permanent makeup is an investment. It doesn’t replace makeup entirely, but it does give you a flawless, low-maintenance foundation every day. Best of all? These services are available for everyone—regardless of gender identity or expression. Texas’ leadership in the tattoo and aesthetics industry is grounded in ethics, education, and care. His scar revision treatments prioritize patient safety and long-term results over quick fixes. Texas Dela Rosa is not just a service provider—he’s a global influencer, educator, and healer who brings his full expertise to every client interaction. Whether you’re looking to wake up and go with permanent makeup or take the next step in healing your surgical scars, his work at Devenir Aesthetics speaks for itself. Book your consultation today—virtually or in person. Meet with Texas to explore your goals, get expert recommendations, and design a treatment plan that’s customized for you.
