Medical weight loss injection. This appointment is for patients of Innovative Health and Wellness Center who have had a consultation with Summer and are currently getting injections at our office. If you are not currently on a weight loss injection at our office and are interested in starting please schedule a consultation with Summer. There is a fee of $150 for the consultation that is given back to you to go towards treatment if you decide to proceed.
