Aesthetic Nurse Injector
For as long as I can remember my goal in life is make positive difference in someone's life, which is why I chose a career as a Registered Nurse. Due to a rare bone disease, at the age of 28, the nursing dream was put on hold. After graduation in November 2015, I moved to New Zealand focus on healing my body and mind. Due to unbearable chronic pain and limited mobility I chose to I receive bilateral hip replacements in May 2017. Since recovery, I have a greater appreciation for life, a stronger drive to help those around me, and positive can-do attitude. During the height of the disease, at the lowest point of my life, and on bed rest for many months, I stepped out of my comfort zone of practical thinking and decided to focus on creation. Creative juices began to flow which occupied my mind from the excruciating pain. Because of this I can now paint, draw, knit, crochet; something I never believed I could do or would enjoy doing.
