Hylenex is an enzyme that breaks down Hyalauronic Acid dermal fillers leaving the previously filled area back to it's natural state.  Typcially one session of dissolving will be enough, but it can take multiple sessions depending on the area and amount of filler used.  It is recommended to wait a full two weeks before refilling the area after dissolving.
