With over 30 years of experience, Lauren Snyder began her career collaborating directly with plastic surgeons to develop the aesthetic side of their practices. This foundational experience was instrumental in shaping her understanding of the industry, allowing her to learn the good, the bad, and the ugly of skincare. Through her work with the founders of physician-dispensed skincare brands, she deepened her knowledge of skin physiology and the science behind effective ingredients. The Résolu Method was born out of a gap Lauren identified during her time in the field. She observed that many skincare lines either overhydrated the skin or used harsh exfoliants, while virtually all neglected the damage caused by mineral cosmetics. Determined to address these issues, Lauren partnered with an expert formulator to create effective solutions that would truly transform her clients’ skin. She officially launched the brand in 2020 and opened her first independent studio in 2022. Lauren's passion lies in delivering complete transformations for clients who have tried countless products with little success, as well as refining the skin of those who are complexion-obsessed. Her two-phased approach focuses on establishing a long-term strategy rather than seeking quick fixes, aiming to help clients achieve their most flawless skin possible.
