Dr. Dale Schaefer is an owner and practicing physician in general Dermatology at Austin Dermcare since 1987, and Devenir Aesthetics since 2002. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with highest honors in 1980 with a BA in Biology. He received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine with honors in 1987. Texas Monthly has named him a “Super Doc” every year from 2004 through 2022. Dr. Schaefer has been very active in medical teaching, and in 2009 the University of Texas Medical Branch named him a “Top Doc” for teaching excellence. Dr. Schaefer has been Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology since 1987.
