Crystal Shelton RN, BSN Co-Founder, Master Injector Crystal is the co-founder of On Haven Aesthetics P.L.L.C. and a skilled Registered Nurse with over 19 years of experience in healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire and has been practicing in Boston since 2005. Crystal’s career began in critical care, working as an ICU and PACU nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in patient safety, clinical excellence, and attention to detail—principles she continues to apply to her aesthetic practice. Her passion for aesthetics emerged in 2019, when she pursued specialized training and certifications in the field. Crystal’s approach to aesthetics is rooted in her clinical background, prioritizing the highest standards of safety and quality while achieving natural, personalized results. She is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her clients, founded on trust, honesty, and a deep understanding of each person’s unique aesthetic goals.
