Initial patient consultation for weight loss GLP-1 injectable In this session, Allyson Bailey, PA-C, will evaluate your eligibility for weight management treatments. During the consultation, Allyson will review your medical history, current health status, and weight loss goals to determine if these medications are a suitable option for you. Each program includes: Assessment and exam with our Board Certified PA, Initial labs and medications and/or prescription for medications with instructions, Monthly check-ins with weight and measurements, labs monitored every 6 months (or more often if needed), and option to eliminate weekly visits (unless you prefer us to inject you). Our goal is to provide you with personalized and effective but safe weight loss solutions, and we look forward to helping you on your journey to better health. There will be a $50 cancellation fee if not rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment

Follow-Up Visit: Prescription Pickup and Administration Training Welcome to your follow-up visit, scheduled one week after your initial consultation and thereafter. Only book if yo have already had your initial consultation.  During this visit, you will receive your prescriptions and all necessary supplies. Allyson Bailey, PA-C, will provide detailed instructions on how to properly administer your injections at home. She will also cover important information on how to monitor for potential side effects and manage them effectively. This visit ensures you are fully prepared and confident in starting your weight loss journey. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way and ensuring you have the knowledge and tools needed for successful treatment.
